A 28 foot Bruce Roberts Design "Spray 28" boat hull. Project that was barely started and never completed. 

Unfortunately project stopped due to ill health and was never completed. The Hull is in good condition. Never been in water. Can be built into a sailing yacht or motor boat. Plans will be provided with sale. 

A contribution of £200 towards transportation costs will be offered to a prospective owner. There are a few windows and hoist and few other parts that would be given away with it however there is no list of what all these items are.

To repel timewasters, a deposit of £200 will be requested to secure the boat from just one selected person, refunded upon removal/take over within two weeks.
