This Birchwood 25 has been locked in a boatyard due to legal proceedings related to an inheritance and has consequently suffered from water ingress and neglect. She was recently pumped out and partially cleaned.

The new owners now face the choice between scrapping her or passing her on to a capable enthusiast for restoration.

The boat is being offered as seen; please refer to the pictures provided. No information is available regarding her current condition, although it is assumed she was structurally sound a few years ago.
