She's set up for short handing, with a roller furling jib (well used but OK) a no 3 (pretty new) a quite tired mainsail. 

She has the original diesel which has been absolutely fine - but a new fuel tank needs to be fitted.

She has been newly epoxied, and the cockpit tidied up.  She's a bit untidy down below but has all her cushions and tidy bunks. 

She has a horseshoe and GPS fitted (old Garmin) as well as a VHF with a DSC button to be compliant. 

Fitted Jabsco sea toilet (no Y fitting) and lots of cockpit storage. 

She has recently replaced (four years) standing rigging. 

The last survey can be supplied which has been fully fixed.
