The owner started a refit but the previous lockdowns slowed it down and the engine overhaul etc and it was not quite finished. The owner unexpectedly acquired another larger boat which will enable some ocean sailing and therefore is not able

The works clearly to be finished are 
- engine installation
- headlining
- part of the interior wood
- piping

Work completed includes the following :

• All new bilge pumps electric and gusher and new outlets to the boat
• New intake grate seacock and strainer fitted
• New engine instrument panel fitted
• New hull pear anode fitted and earthing cables made up.
• New fuel tank is on the boat with a new ply shelf for it to sit on to replace the old aluminium one which was bolted to the bulkhead
• All new exhaust system installed complete with new pipes for engine and pumps
• Batteries, cables and fuel pipe all on board and waiting to be fitted
• New engine box insulation on board and waiting to be fitted

To repeal timewasters, a deposit of £200 will be requested to secure the boat, refunded upon removal/take over within two weeks.
