Not much to describe, essentially she is as per pictures. No structural issues, but a bit of neglect and maintenance, She comes with apparently new headsail (main sail seems to be ther eas well), Volvo Penta engine, and all the small bits you can see in the pictures., 

The owner's health requires the soonest resolution to the boat's destiny.
