Another classical sailing boat: Cutlass 27

The boat belonged to the father of her current owner who sadly passed away. 
The owner himself lives way too far away, and the costs of moving the boat are too prohibitive.

There’s a lot of miscellaneous items inside - including an old outboard. No working radio. But sails and lifejackets, cushions all intact but it’s been standing ten years so fair to say condition is poor.

The engine is said to turnover and has run in the last year.  It was hand crank started since it requires a new starter.
