Summerwind is a Draco MS24 (motor sailer) with a single inboard refurbished Volvo diesel engine. 
She is said to be structurally sound, but with her interior in need refurbishment

She needs internal deep clean following water ingress.  However, the various core components of the 2 x two berth cabins are in place, e.g. two burner, grill, toilet.

With fin and bulb keel, her length is 23 feet with an 8 foot keel.
