Steel gaff rigged cutter by Percy Dalton `Simplicity 25` with full electronics and engine in good working order, fitted with Hydrovane self steering.

Neglected due to sitting idle. On the hard in Southampton. 
7.62M, wooden mast and bowsprit. 

The current owner can no longer afford the storage costs due to loss of job and health issues.

The jobs are known to be done are:
- The cockpit epoxy needs re doing
- Mast and bowsprit need re varnishing
Engine last fired up October 2021.
No structural damage reported to us.
