Comes with an outboard, and on an old trailer.

The boat was built in 1969, an owned by the current owner since 1972. Due to ill health the owner cannot use it anymore.

The hull has osmosis damage but has been extensively repaired, there are a few holes left, however.

There is also a Mariner 3.5 hp 4 stoke outboard motor, new August 2009.

There are mooring lines and fenders. Mast and spars, standing and running rigging.

There is a selection of paint, bilge paint, primer etc.
Portholes have been replaced with new rubber seals.

The boat is on a braked road trailer. The wheels have been removed along with the mudguards to allow repairs and to preserve them, they can be refitted easily.

In the opinion of current owner, jobs which are necessary to complete the restoration, are the following:

1/ repair holes in hull  (International “watertight”  and fibreglass tape included.)
2/paint gel coat on hull.  
3/clean rust off cast iron keels, and apply primer international “Primocon” (included)
4/clean oxide off skeg and rudder and apply primer Internatioan “Primocon” (There is also some international “VC Tar2” primer for either hull, keels or skeg and rudder.)
5/apply anti-foul to hull and, skeg and rudder.
There is a tin of Trilux33 included for the skeg and rudder (aluminium), and Micron 350 for the hull.
6/ paint side of boat white Epifanes or international “Toplac” (included)
7/ Screw SS screws along the underside of the rubbing strake every 9 inches or so (included)
8/ Screw in fairlead runners

Inside
1/ Glue up front lining
2/ Fix wooden window surrounds to hull using Velcro (included).
3/ Fix curtain rails.
