No structural issues to best of the owner's knowledge. Main work will be major clean up, cabin lining is delaminated in main and fore cabins.

There are no batteries on the boat. Beta Marine BZ482 13.5hp engine last run before Covid.

Needs to be removed by August.

The mainsail is on the boom. There are 3 foresails - no1 jib, no3 jib and a cruising shute. Two anchors - Danforth at front (chain in chain locker in bow) and spare plough at rear. Couple of life belts. Depth sounder/speed, GPS, VHF, Autohelm Jabsco toilet.
